Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced professional to take on the role of Export Manager, responsible for driving profitable export growth across European markets.
The role focuses on strengthening distributor performance, expanding market presence, and developing new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct regular distributor performance reviews, including full P&L and category analysis
Monitor and manage profitability (gross margin, trade investment, pricing structures, cost to serve)
Lead monthly and quarterly business reviews with regional stakeholders
Coordinate annual budgeting and rolling forecast processes for export markets
Evaluate commercial proposals (pricing changes, promotions, new product launches, distributor agreements) through financial analysis
Ensure compliance with financial controls and contractual terms
Identify financial and operational risks and recommend mitigation actions
Provide market insights and business recommendations to support decision-making
Requirements
Experience working with distributors across EMEA markets
Proven track record of delivering profitable growth and achieving ambitious targets
Experience developing and executing Joint Business Plans
Strong analytical and negotiation skills
Ability to operate effectively in a cross-functional, international environment
High ethical standards
Strong command of English
Higher education required; MBA is a plus
