Legal Assistant – Family department
Monday-Friday | 9am -5.15pm
Poundbury Office - on site
Salary banding £24,750- £28,000 dependant on experience
We are currently recruiting for a Legal Assistant to join our busy and successful Family team based in our Poundbury Office.
Duties:
· Providing all round administrative support
· Liaising with clients and taking messages
· Producing documents (with the use of digital dictation)
· Maintaining record systems.
The ideal candidate will have:
· The ability to work under pressure
· Skills to communicate effectively and ensure that the client's best interests are always served
· Previous experience as a Legal Secretary/Assistant is preferable but not essential
· Excellent typing skills
· Fantastic IT literacy
