We’re hiring: Recruitment Consultant (Events Industry)
tfconnect is a specialist talent acquisition consultancy dedicated to the events, exhibitions, conferences, and conventions sector. Founded by industry leader Trevor Foley and led by former events leader Miranda Martin, we connect global organisers, venues, and suppliers with exceptional talent.
We’re looking for a driven, digitally savvy Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team and support international searches across leadership, sales, marketing, operations, event management, and more.
What you’ll do:
- Source and engage high-calibre events professionals
- Build genuine relationships with clients and candidates
- Match talent to briefs, focusing on culture, chemistry, and fit
- Use digital tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, CRM/ATS, AI) to optimise searches
- Manage multiple projects while delivering outstanding candidate care
- Create engaging content to support attraction and branding
About you:
- Proven UK market recruitment or resourcing experience (events/media ideal)
- Commercial, proactive, and people-focused
- Comfortable with senior networking and relationship building
- Digitally confident and data-savvy
- Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment
- Must have individual right to work in the UK (must not require sponsorship)
- Must be UK based & have the ability to travel to Berkhamsted office at least 2 days per week
- Must be fluent in English language at business level
