This is a part-time position (Tuesday to Friday), running from Tuesday 24th February until the end of the academic year, with the possibility of becoming permanent.
About the Role KS2 mixed-age class (Years 36) 25 pupils 4 days per week: Tuesday to Friday Maternity cover (until end of academic year) Not suitable for ECTs Key Responsibilities Deliver high-quality teaching in line with the National Curriculum Plan and teach engaging lessons, with differentiation to support all learners Manage classroom behaviour positively and consistently Assess pupil progress and provide feedback Support pupils with additional needs, including 1 EHCP and 5 SEN support pupils Work collaboratively with teaching assistants and school staff Planning & Support Teaching Assistant support in class most days (all except Thursday) Shared planning across partner schools, reducing individual workload PPA time provided every Thursday afternoon Staff meetings held on Tuesdays until approx.
