Overview
Due to expansion in the business we are on the look out for a full time supervisor to add to our management team.
We are looking for someone with at least two years experience as a full time front of house including:
* Experience in running a busy section
* Knowledge and passion for fresh food and drinks
* Genuinely care for the guests experience and push yourself to go above and beyond daily
* Strong leadership skills and an eagerness to train staff
* Managing busy services
* Rosette experience (ideal but not necessary)
* An eagerness to learn and push yourself to the next level in management
Responsibilities
* Manage front of house operations, leading a busy service and ensuring high standards of guest experience
* Train and develop staff, providing clear direction and feedback
* Collaborate with kitchen and bar teams to maintain service flow
* Monitor quality of food and beverages and uphold brand standards
* Support management in daily operations and cover shifts as required
Compensation and Benefits
* Salary of £31,000 for 48 hours per week
* Fair share of tips (approximately £5,000–£6,000 per year)
* Sunday and Monday off weekly (will need to work one breakfast shift every 4 weeks on a Sunday)
* Christmas Day and Boxing Day off
* 20% staff discount on food
* Staff food provided on shift
* 28 days holiday a year
* WSET level 2 training available alongside other development opportunities
