Teacher of Science – Fleet | ASAP Start | Full Time Teaching Personnel is working in partnership with a well‑established secondary school in Fleet to recruit a Teacher of Science for a full‑time position starting as soon as possible. This role is ideal for a science teacher who thrives in a supportive, well‑structured environment and is passionate about delivering engaging lessons that inspire curiosity and progress in young people. The Role As a Teacher of Science, you will deliver pre‑planned lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4, ensuring students remain engaged, well‑managed and motivated to succeed. Key responsibilities include: Teaching Science to mixed‑ability classes at KS3 and KS4 Managing classroom behaviour in line with clear, consistent school policies Creating a calm and focused learning environment Monitoring progress and providing timely, constructive feedback Supporting pupils with special educational or additional needs (SEN) where required Working collaboratively with teaching and pastoral teams to support student development This is a full‑time role starting ASAP, offering consistency and the opportunity to make a real impact quickly.
