English and Maths Tutor Salary: £25 - £35 Per hour Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated English and Maths Tutor to join our team in Oxfordshire. As a tutor, you will be responsible for providing high-quality tutoring services to students in both English and Maths subjects. This is a temporary position with part-time hours. Job Duties: Deliver engaging and interactive lessons in English and Maths Assess students' learning needs and develop individualised tutoring plans Help students improve their understanding and grades in English and Maths Provide feedback to students and parents on progress and areas for improvement Keep accurate records of tutoring sessions and student progress Required Qualifications: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) Strong knowledge of the English and Maths curriculum Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proven experience in tutoring or teaching English and Maths Education: Bachelor's degree in Education or related field Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in teaching or tutoring English and Maths Knowledge and Skills: Ability to tailor teaching methods to meet individual student needs Good understanding of various learning styles Strong classroom management skills Preferred Qualifications: Postgraduate qualification in Education Experience working with students with diverse learning needs Working Conditions: This role involves working part-time hours on a temporary basis.
