Job Opportunity: Special Education Teacher Role

Salary: £37,750 - £56,750

Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement personalised learning plans to cater to the individual needs of SEN students.
2. Foster an inclusive and supportive classroom environment conducive to the academic and social growth of SEN students.
3. Assess and monitor the progress of SEN students, offering tailored feedback and assistance as needed.
4. Collaborate closely with colleagues, parents, and external specialists to ensure comprehensive support for SEN students.
5. Maintain open communication channels with parents and guardians to facilitate student progress and well-being.
Requirements:
6. Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and possess relevant teaching qualifications.
7. Previous experience working with SEN students, preferably in a primary school setting.
8. Sound understanding of SEN educational needs and effective support strategies.
9. Strong communication and collaboration skills.
