Support Worker – Wishaw (Male only) (Drivers only)
Location: Wishaw
Hours: Full-time - 36hours per week - Various shifts available
Salary:
Dayshift = £12.60
Nightshift = £12.70
Driving Licence: UK licence - Must be able to drive both manual & automatic.

What You'll Do:
* Supporting a person 1:1 in their home
* Provide personal and clinical care
* Assist with medication, housing needs, appointments, and daily routines
* Encourage social participation and independence
Whether it's helping someone feel confident in their own home or supporting them at a community event, you'll play a vital role in helping people feel safe, empowered, and connected.
This role can involve lone working, with on-call support available 24 hours a day.

You'll Need:
* UK Driving Licence and ability to drive both automatic and manual cars
* Access to your own car would be advantageous
* Flexibility to work shift patterns (day, evening, or weekend)
