RECORDED FUTURE, INC. is seeking an In-House Counsel to support the EMEA region and global legal matters. You will negotiate and draft agreements with various stakeholders, ensuring compliance and legal integrity in commercial negotiations.
Qualified candidates must hold a law degree, be licensed to practice, and have fluency in English plus either German or French. At least 3 years of legal experience, preferably within the SaaS/tech industry, is required. This is a hybrid role requiring 2–3 days per week in the London office.
