About the Role

8. Knowledge of EHCPs and personalised learning approaches
9. Confidence supporting children with high needs, including social, emotional and communication difficulties
10. A calm, consistent and proactive approach to behaviour support
11. The ability to work effectively as part of a team
12. A commitment to safeguarding and promoting pupil wellbeing
13. Relevant training (e.g., Team Teach, Makaton, PECS, or similar) would be advantageous, though not essential.
We Offer:
14. A supportive and experienced staff team
15. Ongoing professional development opportunities
16. A nurturing and inclusive school community
17. The opportunity to make a profound impact on children’s educational journeys
Safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children is central to everything we do. All appointments are subject to enhanced DBS checks and satisfactory references.
If you are committed to helping children with additional needs thrive and reach their potential, we would love to hear from you.
