We are looking to recruit an Technical Sales Adminstrator to join our small team based at based in Honiton, Devon.

This role forms a key part of what we do, providing the crucial 'bridge' between our customers and our internal purchasing, and technical team. This fast-paced, multi-faceted role will see you handling inbound customer enquiries, processing sales orders, following up on customer deliveries, liaising with key suppliers, and other office based activities.
This position is wholly office based and focussed upon customer engagement. You will be focussed on understanding customer needs, to ensure opportunities are realised and first-class service is provided at all times
Responsibilities:
* Liaise with customer enquries and provide customer quotations.
* Produce order acceptance documentation.
* Communicate with vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials.
* Coordinate with other departments to ensure that all production needs are met.
* Monitor the progress of customer orders and update customers as required.
* Arrange logistics/shipping of completed orders.
* Support Directors with regards to customer trials and exhibition.
* Manage internal audits.
Experience & Skills:
* Strong sales skills & excellent telephone manner.
* Professional, confident, polite, helpful & friendly.
* Excellent planning skills.
* Computer literate (word, excel, outlook & powerpoint).
* The ability to self-manage workload but also a team player
* Customer service focussed.

Contract length: 12 months
Pay: £25,500.00-£27,500.00 per year
