Recruitable Staffing Solutions are recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced Vehicle Electrical Technician to join a busy manufacturing/automotive team in Leamington Spa. This is a great opportunity for someone confident with vehicle electrics, wiring and cable routing, looking for stable weekday work and strong hourly rates. Key Responsibilities
* Routing, running and securing cables/looming within vehicles
* Building and fitting wiring looms to specification
* Connecting electrical components (e.g., lights, switches, sensors, control units)
* Working from wiring diagrams, build sheets and technical instructions
* Fault-finding and basic testing where required (continuity checks, visual inspections)
* Ensuring work meets quality and health & safety standards
* Keeping the work area clean and organised
Requirements
1. Previous experience in vehicle electrics / automotive wiring (essential)
2. Confident routing cables and working to a high standard of finish
3. Ability to read wiring diagrams and follow work instructions
