Chief of Operations, Supply Chain & NPD | London | Consumer Health & Wellness
Fella & Jones are partnering with a high-growth international consumer health and wellness brand seeking an experienced operational leader to oversee and scale a complex global supply chain and operational network during a significant phase of international expansion.
Reporting into the executive leadership team, this role will take ownership of end-to-end global operations with a strong focus on supply chain, logistics, manufacturing, and new product development (NPD), including:
* Global supply chain strategy & manufacturing operations
* International logistics, warehousing & distribution networks
* Supplier performance, procurement & vendor management
* Demand planning, inventory optimisation & S&OP processes
* Regulatory, quality & FDA compliance across international markets
* Packaging, fulfilment & operational delivery of NPD launches
* Cross-functional coordination of product development through to commercial launch
* Audit, governance & operational risk management
* ERP, operational systems, data visibility & AI-enabled transformation
* Building scalable infrastructure to support rapid global growth
The business operates across multiple international markets and requires a commercially minded operational leader with deep expertise in supply chain transformation, logistics, and complex international operations. The successful candidate will be capable of driving operational excellence, improving efficiency across the value chain, and building resilient global supply networks to support accelerated commercial expansion.

* Pharmaceutical
* Biotech
* Medical Devices
* Life Sciences
* Consumer Health / Highly Regulated Environments
* FMCG or international consumer products with complex supply chains
Ideal candidates will have:
* Extensive experience leading international supply chain and logistics functions
* Strong expertise across manufacturing, procurement, warehousing & distribution
* Experience delivering NPD and product launches across international markets
* Experience operating within FDA-regulated or highly regulated environments
* Exposure to global compliance, quality and audit frameworks
* A track record scaling complex international operations and supply chain infrastructure
* Experience supporting international expansion & operational transformation
* Strong leadership capabilities across cross-functional global teams
