If you’re someone who values professionalism, attention to detail, and creating meaningful experiences, you’ll fit right in.The Role:As a Client Services Coordinator, you will play a vital role in creating a welcoming environment for our clients and ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day operations. This is a hands-on and varied position that blends administrative support with client-focused responsibilities.Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate and schedule client review appointments
* Answer incoming calls in a professional and friendly manner
* Assist in preparing documentation for Annual Review meetings
* Meet and greet clients, ensuring they feel welcomed and looked after
* Reserve and manage client parking (e.g., placing/removing bollards)
* Maintain meeting rooms – ensure tidiness, blinds open, chairs arranged
* Manage office stationery orders
* Carry out regular property checks
* Organise weekly food and snack orders for the office
* Handle outgoing post
* Provide general support across the business as needed
Skills
* A warm, approachable, and highly professional manner
* Strong organisational and multitasking skills
* A proactive mindset with a willingness to get stuck in
* Confidence in both written and verbal communication
* A keen eye for detail and pride in presentation
* Experience in an administrative or client-facing role (preferred but not essential)
