What You Bring
* 6+ years' PQE in clinical negligence, with strong experience across a range of serious injury claims (birth, brain, spinal, misdiagnosis, surgical errors, fatal accidents)
* A thorough understanding of medical evidence, expert witnesses, and the procedural nuances of clinical negligence litigation
* The ability to manage a substantial and sensitive caseload independently, while knowing when to seek input from more senior colleagues
* A calm, compassionate, and professional manner, you can give difficult advice clearly, and you can support clients through lengthy, uncertain processes
* Ambition to develop your technical reputation and, over time, contribute to the team's growth and mentoring of junior lawyers
