Quality, Safety, Health and Environment (QSHE) Manager
Irwin and Colton are pleased to have been engaged by an industry-leading FM organisation that is looking to bring on board a new QSHE Manager to lead health and safety programs at a major site in Surrey. The role involves overseeing QHSE requirements across the site, ensuring compliance across departments and staff.

Responsibilities of the QSHE Manager include:
* Engaging with stakeholders to enhance the health and safety culture among staff, subcontractors, and site operatives
* Maintaining high standards of supplier performance and developing health and safety management systems according to best practices
* Analyzing risks and implementing changes to mitigate them
* Ensuring contractors comply with legislation and company guidelines
Qualifications and Experience:
* NEBOSH General Certificate (or equivalent) and relevant professional membership
* Experience in the built environment, preferably in facilities management (Hard FM)
* Ability to influence and engage subcontractors to foster safety and compliance culture
* Knowledge of ISO 45001, 14001, and 9001 standards
* Experience in life sciences/R&D is advantageous
