Job Description
3. Manage a caseload of tenancies and ensure compliance with tenancy agreements.
4. Carry out regular estate inspections and identify health and safety or maintenance issues.
5. Support residents with tenancy sustainment, including rent arrears, anti-social behaviour, and neighbour disputes.
6. Investigate complaints and take appropriate enforcement or support actions.
7. Liaise with internal departments and external agencies (e.g. social services, police) to resolve complex housing issues.
8. Ensure void properties are turned around quickly and to a high standard.
9. Promote resident involvement and community cohesion.
10. Maintain accurate records and reports in line with GDPR and regulatory requirements.
The Successful Applicant
11. Experience in housing management, tenancy support, or a related field.
12. Knowledge of relevant housing legislation, policies, and procedures.
13. Strong communication and negotiation skills.
14. Ability to manage a diverse and complex workload independently.
15. IT literacy and experience with housing management systems.
16. Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (if required for site visits).
