We are a friendly and supportive team looking for a Practice Nurse to join us.You will be working alongside a well-established clinical team with theopportunity to develop and bring new ideas for the benefit of the Practice.
Our vacancy is for 2 or 3 days per week with someflexibility on days and times.
Main duties of the job
The role will include GPN duties with potential scope to develop further skills.
Job responsibilities
You will be required to undertake general treatmentroom duties (eg childhood and adult immunisations, wound care, dressings, legulcer care, suture removal, cervical screening etc). You will also be our Infection Control lead.
Qualifications
* You will be a qualified Practice Nurse and hold a current PIN number.
* Qualified in cervical screening
Experience
* Experience of working in General Practice as a Practice Nurse
