Regional Technical Manager | CNC | Machining
Region: Northern UK (daily travel)
Type: Field-based / Hybrid
Salary: £55,000 – £65,000 + bonus, Car, + generous package.
Role Summary
We are seeking a Regional Technical Manager to lead Applications Engineers and Technical Sales teams across the Northern region, supporting customers in CNC machining and metalworking environments.
Regional Technical Manager Key Responsibilities:
* Lead Applications Engineers delivering CNC and machining solutions.
* Manage regional Technical Sales teams supporting CNC machining customers.
* Act as senior Regional Technical Manager for technical escalation and key accounts.
* Support major customers with CNC tooling trials and machining optimisation.
* Drive growth across metalworking and CNC machining accounts.
* Recruit, coach, and develop technical engineering teams.
* Collaborate with Sales, Business Development, and Product teams.
Regional Technical Manager Experience Required:
* Proven experience as a Regional Technical Manager or similar technical leadership role.
* Strong background in CNC machining, manufacturing processes, and cutting tools.
* Experience leading engineering or technical sales teams.
* Strong customer-facing and stakeholder management skills.
