We are currently hiring for a Managing Recruitment Consultant on behalf of our Clients, specialising in the Engineering / Manufacturing / Supply Chain / Logistics Sectors.

Travelling distance of: Heywood, Rochdale, Bury, Oldham, Bolton, Middleton, Prestwich, Whitefield, Radcliffe, Salford, Manchester, Stockport, Ashton-under-Lyne, Wigan, Blackburn, Burnley, Chorley, Altrincham, Sale areas.
As a Managing Consultant, you will be leading a growing team, driving new business, and developing strong relationships with both existing and new clients. You'll have the opportunity to shape and expand the division while working in a supportive, high-energy environment.
What You'll Be Doing:
* Leading and mentoring a team of consultants to drive performance and growth.
* Developing new business and strengthening existing client relationships.
* Strategically growing the Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, and Manufacturing recruitment division.
* Using top recruitment tools for candidate sourcing and lead generation.
* Managing the full recruitment cycle from business development to candidate placement.

Salary: £40k - 50k + Commission (no threshold)
No threshold on bonus earn 15% commission on all new business you bring in.
