Role Overview
You will put the customer at the heart of everything you do, greeting and serving them in a friendly, enthusiastic, and professional manner. You will be genuinely attentive to their needs and will have the opportunity to learn about our products to assist them effectively.
Role Responsibilities
* Greet and thank customers warmly, ensuring they have a memorable experience.
* Provide exceptional service, using your knowledge to help customers find suitable products for in-store and multi-channel sales.
* Process sales, orders, and refunds efficiently at the tills.
* Assist with deliveries and stock replenishment on the shop floor.
* Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the shop floor and back of house.
* Stay updated on company activities and promotions.
* Support floor moves, sale setups, and launches.
* Follow all FatFace policies and procedures.
* Ensure GDPR compliance at all times.
