The key responsibilities include assisting with personal care and daily living activities, administering medication, performing suctioning and enteral feeding, monitoring and managing seizures, accompanying the client to medical appointments and social activities, and encouraging engagement in fun and creative hobbies. Support with personal care and daily living activities Administer medication as prescribed Perform suctioning and enteral feeding via Mic-Key gastrostomy Monitor and manage seizures Accompany the client to medical appointments and social activities Encourage engagement in fun and creative hobbies (arts & crafts, Lego building, movie nights) Build a trusting relationship with the client and their family What We're Looking For
Previous experience in complex care (suctioning, enteral feeding, seizure management) A compassionate, patient, and reliable nature A flexible and proactive approach to care Confidence in building rapport and offering emotional support A genuine commitment to promoting independence and dignity Requirements:
