The role?
A new exiting role has arisen in our QHSE department here at EnerMech for a Senior Quality Advisor to join the team on a permanent basis. This role will be reporting directly to the HSE Manager and be responsible for providing Quality leadership and direction, and to champion the development of the company quality standards to ensure a robust integrated management system is applied across the Region. Other main duties and responsibilities will include;
1. Be involved in the Quality element of Client audits and support Business Support Units (BSU) and Service Lines during the audit
2. Support the Quality element of Certification audits and support Business Support Units (BSU) and Service Lines during the audit
3. Support the compilation and compliance to industry applications such as UVDB, SEQUAL, and FPAL related to quality requirements
4. Ensure products and services are delivered to company recognised quality procedures
5. Provide monthly Quality Performance reports
6. Be pro-active in quality incident prevention
7. Conduct RCA on quality incidents and audit findings, both internal and external related
8. Carry out and interpret trend analysis, suggesting solutions to challenges
9. Manage the quality aspect of the internal audit program, ensuring audits are managed and conducted
You are?
To be successful for this position you will hold a formal qualification in quality or engineering and performed a similar role recently. You will have an understanding and application of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and ISO IEC 17020 standards, in relation to the company Management System. You will also have experience of conducting audits internal and externally. You will have demonstrable experience in creating and implementing quality/ process standards and applying root cause investigation techniques.
