Social Worker - Review Team - Newcastle - £26ph
This role involves undertaking a time-limited (6 months) project providing social work capacity to review Continuing Health Care cases. Responsibilities include planning and participating in Decision Support Tool/MDT meetings, managing disagreements and disputes, and completing Care Act Assessments as needed.
