You will act as a key point of contact between the catering service and clinical areas, providing support and information regarding patient meals and menus. This includes addressing any issues, managing specific dietary requirements, and ensuring accurate allergen information is communicated. Applicants should hold a recognised catering or support services qualification, or demonstrate substantial, proven experience and knowledge of chef and catering operations. Please note applicants will be required to pay for their DBS check. Costs are deducted from salary following appointment. The cost of the DBS application is £26.40 (standard) or £54.40 (enhanced), this cost will be deducted from your salary over the first 2 months of employment.
