The Fidelis Partnership (TFP) is a privately owned MGU which originates, underwrites and manages London Market business on behalf of its capital providers, including the Fidelis Insurance Group and Syndicate 3123 at Lloyd's. The Fidelis Partnership wrote more than $4.6bn of GWP in 2024 and continues to grow. With offices in Dublin, London, and Bermuda, TFP is a global provider of specialty insurance and reinsurance products, and one of the fastest growing London Insurance companies in the market.

The Team is responsible for producing near real time rollup of elemental PMLs across all elemental lines in the Group to inform decision-making and also supports setting group appetite through establishing the Fidelis View of Risk, and rating agency risk assessments.
