Job Summary
We are seeking motivated and enthusiastic Team Members to join our dynamic hospitality team. At Pivot Golf we offer immersive Trackman golf simulator experiences, professional coaching, custom fit clubs, with food menu, licensed bar and barista coffee. We pride ourselves on a relaxed, customer focused atmosphere here and the premium experience we offer.
The successful candidates will be confident and enthusiastic team players, responsible for delivering excellent customer service, and maintaining a clean and organised environment, assisting customers in simulator sessions and serving food and drinks.
Evening and weekend availability is a must
Duties
* Greet customers, deliver session briefings, assist with use of Trackman simulators, serve customers efficiently and courteously, taking orders and delivering food and drinks promptly
* Abide by UK alcohol licensing laws and Challenge 25 for alcohol sales
* Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards
* Upsell items to enhance guest experience and maximise sales opportunities
* Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure timely service
* Follow all health and safety guidelines diligently, including proper handling of food and equipment
* Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless service experience for guests
Skills
* Previous experience in a hospitality or golf environment is desirable but not essential
* Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanour when interacting with customers
* Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
* Willingness to learn new skills, including upselling techniques and specialised food preparation methods
All training will be provided and no golfing experience is necessary
