We’re offering an exciting hybrid opportunity to join our Client Money team in Leeds, ensuring financial transactions in insurance broking are managed with accuracy, compliance, and care.
Responsibilities
* Reconciling and processing transactions across client & insurer payments, payaways, and bordereaux.
* Managing your own workload to meet agreed service levels and quality standards.
* Building strong relationships across IBA departments and broker teams to resolve queries quickly.
* Supporting audits, process reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives.
* Ensuring compliance with FCA client and insurer money rules, identifying and recording any breaches.
Qualifications & Experience
* Financial experience in an insurance broking environment is desirable.
* GCSE Maths and English (grade 5 or above) or equivalent required.
* Knowledge of Client Money (CASS 5) is an advantage, but not essential.
