3. Pay Rate: £13.00-£16.00 per hour
4. Shifts: Part time | Nights | 12 Hour Shifts

The Role
We are currently supporting a fun, affectionate, and cheeky man in his forties who lives at home with his family. He has a great sense of humour and enjoys building positive relationships with his care team.
He enjoys:
5. Watching football
6. Listening to music
7. Drawing
8. Spending time with his mum, especially watching soaps together
9. The occasional takeaway and light-hearted banter
As part of a 2:1 care team, you will support him with all aspects of daily living while promoting his independence, safety, and wellbeing.
In this role, you will:
10. Support daily routines and personal care & Administer medication
11. Prepare meals and maintain a clean, safe environment
12. Support his clinical needs
13. Provide person-centred care to manage and respond to behaviours that may challenge

Key Responsibilities
14. Providing high-quality, person-centred care
15. Supporting with personal care respectfully and with dignity
16. Administering medication as required
17. Assisting with moving & handling
18. Supporting daily routines within a 2:1 care package
19. Monitoring wellbeing and responding to care needs, including behaviours that may challenge
What We’re Looking For
20. Minimum 3 months’ care experience
21. Confidence in medication administration, personal care, and moving & handling
22. Strong communication skills
23. A compassionate, patient, and reliable approach
