HR Consultant | 1/2 days per week | FinTech
We are supporting a growing FinTech business currently moving through funding rounds and, although they are not yet ready for a full-time HR hire, they are looking to retain an experienced HR Consultant for 1/2 days per week.
This role will focus on the practical day-to-day people support a scaling business needs, including:
HR admin, payroll coordination, contracts, onboarding/offboarding, employee documentation and general people operations support.
They are looking for soneone someone hands-on, reliable and comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment, and comfortable in a start-up, scale-up or founder-led business experience.
It is a good opportunity for an experienced HR professional looking for a flexible consulting mandate with a high-growth business or for a HR consultant looking to expand their current fractional activity.
