Hybrid Role - Central London Based - Rolling Contract role
Responsibilities include:
* Delivering daily IT support to ensure the smooth operation of the trading floor environment.
* Managing local assets and addressing proximity tickets efficiently.
* Collaborating with various teams to ensure seamless communication and support.
* Keeping processes and documentation updated and aligned with standard procedures.
* Providing support for telecom systems.
Required Skills:
* Expertise in server and application management.
* Proficiency in Microsoft PowerShell and Unix administration.
* Experience in trading floor support.
* Strong problem solving abilities and capability to perform under pressure.
