Working Hours
Annualised hours, operating Monday–Saturday with shifts ranging from 7:30am to 6:00pm. Rota provided in advance. Approx. 40 hours per week.
Transport Requirement
Full UK manual driving licence required.
Roles Available
- Trainee Technician – no prior experience required; training provided by the company. Starting salary £29,983.
- Experienced Technician – requires prior experience fitting vehicle glass. Salary up to £32,693.30 plus bonus potential.
Qualifications & Requirements

- Self‑motivated and able to work independently.
- Full UK manual driving licence.
- Proof of right to work in the UK.
Responsibilities
- Repair or replace vehicle glass for customers at their homes or workplaces.
- Use industry‑leading tools and equipment to deliver high‑quality work.
- Provide excellent customer service and problem‑solving.
Training & Development
- Full training programme for trainees, IMI‑recognised Technician qualification.
- Ongoing development to become a skilled, experienced fitter.
- Training to fit and sell value‑added products such as wipers.
