The ideal candidate will have strong experience managing global network environments, with a proactive approach to optimisation, a solid understanding of Infrastructure-as-Code, and the ability to collaborate across teams to support and deliver complex enterprise projects.
Key Responsibilities:
* Resolve major incidents and outages
* Investigate hardware/software issues with vendors
* Manage WAN and third-party connectivity issues
Key Skills:
* CCNP certified
* Strong routing & switching (BGP)
* Firewall experience (Palo Alto/Fortinet)
* Infrastructure as Code (Ansible/Terraform/AWX)
* Mentoring & knowledge sharing
