Marketing Manager
Swinton/Pendlebury - Hybrid (Mon-Wed remote, Thurs-Fri in office)
£50,000 basic salary (DOE) + performance bonus + company benefits
Manchester Staff are currently working with a fast-paced, innovative tech business who are seeking a dynamic Marketing Manager. Reporting directly to senior leadership, you will play a key role in driving lead generation, account-based marketing, and digital campaigns, helping to shape the growth and direction of the business. Roles & Responsibilities
As Marketing Manager, you will:
Develop and lead the companys lead generation strategy, overseeing the execution of marketing tactics
Optimise the marketing funnel to increase engagement and conversion
Deliver account-based marketing campaigns targeting enterprise clients (£200k+)
Use CRM tools to track performance and generate actionable insights
Plan and deliver networking initiatives, roundtables, and other events
Manage digital channels, including paid campaigns and SEO
Support internal marketing initiatives, including podcasts, video content, and office events
Project manage website launches, updates, and digital campaigns
Work closely with senior leadership to ensure marketing strategy aligns with business objectives
About You
The ideal candidate will bring:
Minimum 3 years B2B marketing experience, ideally from entrepreneurial or smaller tech-focused businesses
Strong experience in lead generation and account-based marketing
Enthusiasm, energy, and the ability to galvanise and motivate a team
Experience with CRM tools, paid digital channels, SEO, and content management systems
Creativity, proactivity, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Strong organisational skills, with a hands-on approach to strategy and execution
Desirable:
Experience producing internal/external video or podcast content
Project management experience for website redesigns or launches
