Previous experience as a Sales Assistant, Retail Assistant, or in a Customer Care environment is preferred. Position Details
We have a part-time Customer Advisor position at our Pavers store in Hilliers Garden Centre, Horsham, on an 8-hour contract over 2 days per week.
Good availability is required as the role includes weekend and weekday shifts.
Pay, Hours & Benefits
Starting pay: £11.70 per hour (21+), with tiered rates for younger ages (£9.60 for 18-20, £7.85 for 16-17).
Pay increase after completing retail induction stages: £12.05 per hour (21+), with tiered increases for younger ages (£9.87 for 18-20, £8.07 for 16-17).

Day-to-Day Responsibilities
* Advise customers on shoe care and accessories to meet their needs, achieving daily KPIs
* Be self-aware, proactive in learning, and responsible for your actions

* Support store standards, product placement, and stockroom organization
