We are actively sourcing a clinical expert to provide impeccable, 1:1 care for an 80-year-old VIP aboard an extraordinary luxury vessel. In this highly specialized role, your acute care expertise will safeguard the principal’s wellbeing while navigating an opulent Mediterranean cruising itinerary, spending the season anchored off the exclusive coasts of Monaco, Ibiza, and the Greek Islands.
The Team Exceptional care requires an exceptional unit. You will be an integral part of a bespoke multidisciplinary medical team, guided by a highly experienced Lead British Doctor. You will collaborate seamlessly with specialist Physiotherapists and an elite, fully Western-trained nursing team to deliver comprehensive, proactive healthcare.
The Safety We recognize that sustainable, elite-level care depends on clinician wellbeing. To eliminate fatigue and maintain uncompromising safety standards, this operation functions exclusively on a double-nurse shift system. You will always have highly qualified clinical backup and peer support on duty with you.

* Credentials: Western BSN (Bachelor of Science in Nursing).
* Clinical Experience: 4+ years of recent, rigorous experience in Acute Care (ICU/ER/A&E).
* Language: Native or C1 equivalent English proficiency.
* Professional Profile: Unshakeable discretion, polished etiquette, and the unique adaptability required for ultra-high-net-worth environments.
