Key Responsibilities
· Deliver Learning and Teaching activities to a broad range of learners and in a variety of educational settings.
· Primarily teach candidates in subject areas of Electrical Engineering with a strong focus on our commercial delivery in the area.
· Evaluate and improve teaching methods and curriculum effectiveness.
· Collaborate effectively with colleagues to enhance team performance and curriculum quality
· Support continuous improvement initiatives within the department
· Maintain accurate records of learner attendance and achievement
