Service Manager – Multi‑Service Role Salary: £37,869 per annum Hours: Full time, 37.5 hours per week Location: Multi‑site (3 services) About the role We are looking for an experienced and confident Service Manager or a confident and experienced Deputy Manager who is ready to take the next step in their career to lead and oversee three services, managing approximately 1,000 commissioned hours across a workforce of around 30 staff, supported by one Deputy Manager working across the services. This is a key leadership role with responsibility for delivering high‑quality, person‑centred support while ensuring services are safe, compliant, financially sustainable, and well‑led.
