What Were Looking For: Leadership & Management Experience leading teams and managing school operations. Student-Centered Approach Passion for supporting young people and creating a positive learning environment. Qualifications QTS, PGCE, and leadership experience required (NPQH desirable). Specialist Knowledge Understanding of alternative provision and supporting students with special educational needs. Experience Background in education or equivalent sector.
