This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Teaching Assistant or Early Career Teacher (ECT) looking to gain more hands-on classroom experience in Key Stage 1. Recent experience supporting learning in a primary school, nursery setting or working with children outside of an education setting Understanding of the KS1 and EYFS curriculum Excellent behaviour management and classroom presence Ability to adapt support strategies to meet the needs of all learners A proactive team player who thrives in a collaborative school environment Your Role Will Include: Providing tailored classroom support for individual and group learning Assisting the class teacher with planning, preparation, and delivery Helping pupils stay engaged, focused, and supported throughout lessons Working closely with school leadership and staff to maintain a positive learning environment Supporting school-wide initiatives and attending CPD sessions where required Promoting safeguarding and adhering to the school’s policies Why Join This School?
