Hunter Savage is currently representing a successful and growing Accountancy Practice in Dungannon. Our client is currently recruiting for a Senior Associate Corporate Finance to join their Advisory team.
The Advisory Team work with clients on mergers and acquisitions, financial due diligence, succession planning and funding alongside the preparation of financial models.

The Role:
* To assist with buy-side and sell-side engagements
* To manage projects across the deal cycle
* To prepare company valuations across a range of industries
* To provide commercial and financial advice to our diverse client base
* To prepare financial modelling and cash-flow projections
* To develop and build client relationships
The Person:
* Qualified or Part qualified (ACA/CIMA/ACCA)
* Working knowledge of Corporate Finance and accounting issues
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Strong planning and organisational skills with high attention to detail
* Excellent time management skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritise
