Working closely with major network partners such as Openreach, Virgin Media, Vodafone, CityFibre, Sky, and TalkTalk Business, the team ensures services are delivered accurately, on time, and to a high standard.As an Order Manager, you will take ownership of the end-to-end delivery of customer orders, with a primary focus on supporting SSE as Neos’ main customer. You will proactively manage progress across multiple suppliers and act as the key point of contact for SSE, while also supporting other customers as required. Managing expectations, resolving supplier escalations, and delivering an excellent customer experience are central to the role.This role is critical to Neos’ success, directly influencing customer satisfaction, retention, and overall business performance through the delivery of reliable, high quality services.As an Order Manager, you will take ownership of delivering telecoms services for SSE, Neos Networks’ largest customer, ensuring orders are progressed accurately, efficiently, and on time.Working across multiple internal teams and external network partners, you will act as the single point of coordination from order placement through to successful service delivery and handover.You’ll proactively manage supplier engagement, track milestones, resolve delays and escalations, and keep customers informed throughout the lifecycle.The role also plays a key part in forecasting delivery volumes, managing aged work‑in‑progress, and safeguarding commercial and quality standards, all with the aim of delivering a right‑first‑time customer experience.This is a hands‑on operational role with high visibility and impact, directly influencing customer satisfaction, service reliability, and business performance in a fast‑paced telecoms delivery environment.The role typically requires a minimum of GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Mathematics, with A-levels or vocational qualifications in Business Administration, IT, or Telecommunications being desirable but not essential.Practical experience in order management and provisioning often outweighs formal education. provisioning Order Management Experience is preferred but not essential - Experience in placing and managing customer orders across multiple systems and supplier platforms, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.Next StepsAll applications should be submitted online, and I'll be back in touch after the vacancy closing date to let you know the outcome.
