Overview
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Site Supervisor to oversee construction or infrastructure projects on-site. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing daily operations, ensuring project timelines are met, and maintaining safety standards. The ideal candidate will possess supervisory experience and familiarity with Primavera P6 project management software.
Responsibilities
* Supervise daily site activities, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project specifications.
* Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and clients to facilitate smooth communication and workflow.
* Manage and oversee site teams, providing guidance and support to ensure productivity and adherence to schedules.
* Utilise Primavera P6 to develop, update, and monitor project schedules, ensuring deadlines are met.
* Conduct regular site inspections to maintain safety standards and quality control.
* Organise resources, materials, and equipment required for ongoing projects.
* Identify potential issues or delays early and implement corrective actions promptly.
* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times.
Experience
* Proven management experience within the construction or infrastructure sector.
* Supervising experience is essential, demonstrating the ability to lead teams effectively.
* Familiarity with Primavera P6 project management software is highly desirable.
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks efficiently.
* Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with team members, clients, and stakeholders.
