We are excited to be partnering with a respected organisation in the public sector to recruit a HR Business Partner to join their collaborative and forward-thinking HR team.
This is a permanent role offering a mix of strategic and operational HR work. You'll be a key partner to senior leadership across multiple directorates - including overseeing complex people matters.
Description
Partner with senior stakeholders to align HR strategy with business goals
Lead on organisational design and workforce planning
Drive forward staff engagement, performance, and capability development
Support with complex employee relations cases and workforce change
Influence and embed EDI and culture change across directorates
Provide trusted advice on talent, resourcing, performance, and structure
Contribute to organisation-wide HR projects and policy development
Profile
CIPD Level 7 qualified (or equivalent experience) - essential
Experience working in Higher Education and/or NHS preferred
Would consider Public Sector candidates
Strong background in complex employee relations, change management, and stakeholder engagement
Confident in leading and coaching senior managers through transformation and cultural change
High levels of emotional intelligence, political awareness, and resilience
Experience in working within unionised and complex environments
