* Maintain and support lab operating procedures, service levels, and escalation processes; work with the TLO to resolve service issues promptly.
* Host bilateral meetings with test participants to review progress, address blockers, discuss new releases, and share company updates.
* Provide on-site support to teams, service providers, and customers; deliver lab tours and respond to testing queries.
* Ensure compliance with Health & Safety standards; coordinate risk assessments and implement safety measures for staff, contractors, and visitors.
* Forecast lab utilisation to align with programme requirements and manage scheduling for maximum efficiency.
* Contribute to weekly reports for stakeholders, including progress updates, forecasts, and risk summaries.
* Identify and implement opportunities for operational improvement in collaboration with the TLO and Testing Services.
* Promote innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement across Testing Services.
* Deputise for the Test Lab Services Manager as required.
* Support the integration and ongoing management of new testing services.
