We are seeking a talented and motivated Junior Contentious Trust and Probate Lawyer to join our leading Legal 500 Team. The work covers contentious trust and probate claims, including estate disputes, challenges to Wills, and claims under the Inheritance (Provision for Family and Dependants) Act 1975. The successful applicant will have a varied caseload with supervision and be 0-5 years post-qualified. Support for the ACTAPS qualification will be provided where appropriate.
