The Works

As an Assistant Manager, you will be right at the heart of the action, supporting your General Manager in running smooth shifts, building great guest experiences, and leading a vibrant team with confidence.

This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll be:

Coaching and supporting your team to be their best
Driving great service and energy on the floor
Helping with rotas, stock, training, and team development
Creating a warm, welcoming atmosphere that guests and staff love
Developing your leadership skills for your future career
