Job Description
3. Checking and verifying supplier invoices for accuracy and completeness
4. Matching invoices against purchase orders and supporting documentation
5. Investigating and resolving invoice discrepancies where required
6. Assisting with the posting of invoices onto the finance system
7. Maintaining accurate financial records and documentation
8. Supporting the wider finance team with general accounts administration
9. Assisting with ad-hoc finance tasks as required
The Successful Applicant
10. Previous experience within a finance or accounts environment (essential)
11. Understanding of basic accounts processes such as invoice processing or reconciliation
12. Strong attention to detail and accuracy
13. Good organisational skills and ability to manage routine tasks efficiently
14. A positive attitude and eagerness to learn and develop within finance
15. Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
