If you have really strong strategic management experience within customer service or customer support and are looking for a new challenge this could be the perfect opportunity!The Role:
* This will be a newly created role to oversee 2 different teams and help them to collaborate more effectively.
* You'll be responsible for strategic management of the customer support and order processing function and would sit on the senior management team for the business overall
* The key function of the role is to make sure that all customers and colleagues that interact with the teams receive a consistently excellent service. You'll actively measure, monitor and steer the customer service strategies to ensure alignment with the organisation's goals and objectives.
* Direct management and development of team leaders including performance reviews and coaching will be key areas of responsibility and any associated recruitment will also fall under the remit.
